We had another fantastic women’s group end yesterday.
The ladies have created connections and learned new practical skills to use in their recovery.
For the last day the group practiced meditation, had some festive treats and created holiday crafts. There were a lot of laughs and it was a wonderful way to end the 6-week sessions.
This and all our women’s groups are fully funded by our Angels, we couldn’t do this without their support.
We can’t wait for the next group in the new year!
