As Easter approaches, the spirit of community, care, and connection is in full bloom at Umbrella. Today, two of our dedicated staff members—Josh and Sean—took that spirit to heart by cooking up a special pancake breakfast for residents at one of our transitional housing site.

With the scent of fresh pancakes in the air and laughter echoing through the space, the morning was more than just a meal—it was a moment of joy and togetherness. Josh and Sean spent the morning flipping stacks, pouring syrup, and making sure everyone got a warm plate and a warm smile to start their day.

From classic pancakes to some fun toppings and a few Easter treats on the side, the breakfast was a hit. For residents, it was a chance to pause, connect, and enjoy a shared moment during a holiday that can sometimes feel difficult to navigate.

Thanks to Josh and Sean, this Easter is off to a beautiful, heartwarming start.

Happy Easter from all of us at Umbrella!
