Umbrella is excited to share our new in person SMART Recovery meeting on Thursdays from 6-7:30pm.
Two SMART facilitators will host a small meeting at Umbrella’s office.
To maintain the health and safety of everyone and adhere to the current provincial health orders, there is an attendance limit of six.
