September 1 was the first day in our new space.
Located at 2675 Bridge Street, Umbrella has made this our new, and third home.
This space has so much natural light, a warm welcoming vibe and more space for us to help more people.
We have been able to double our counselling space, including a new huge family counselling space, have a designated space for drop in support – whatever that looks like for the individual – and staff have their own space to get their work done without an office mate.
There has been A LOT of renovations done and we are just down to hanging pictures, and small tweaks.
We tease Evan because when we toured the space he said “this place is a dump” – and now he LOVES it.
We had the first NA Nooner meeting yesterday with those folks very happy and we now have counselling is in full swing.
