Facilitated by Dottie, this group is a weekly exploration and expression of all things Gratitude.
The practice of Gratitude has incredible positive impacts to our life and existence.
Gratitude releases us from toxic emotions, changes the direction of our lives through steering us away from negative feelings and thoughts, expands the positive energy to everything we do and those we interact with, and has lasting impacts on our mental health and brain function.
Gratitude takes the focus away from what we don’t have or mistakes we’ve made or remorse we are consumed with and replaces it with appreciation for what we do have, for the people, places and things that make us feel good, bring us joy, and consumes us with inner peace and love.
Join us and drop the pebble in the pond of your life. We are excited to share this journey with you and see the ripple effect of All Things Gratitude.
