Today marks the 11th anniversary for Sharlene at the Umbrella Society.
Umbrella is lucky to be staffed by people who are passionate and committed to their work and their clients. This is in no small part because of our leadership. From her start as an Outreach Worker, through her time as the Team Lead, and now as our Executive Director, Sharlene has experienced all facets of Umbrella’s work and uses that knowledge to support her staff day in and day out.
In the impact sector, leadership is crucial to success. Umbrella is lucky to have the dedication and leadership that Sharlene brings and we are grateful for her years of services ( and years to come!).
